Hi everyone,

Nominations:
At the November meeting this past Wednesday, the club accepted nominations for club officers for the 2009 season. Because of relatively low turnout, and because we wanted to give everyone a chance to participate, we have decided to leave nominations open for an extra week. If you are a current, paid member of HSCC, you may submit a nominations for any or all of the Officer positions by sending an email to m3@highlandssportscarclub.com with the subject line "HSCC Officers". All nominations must be received by midnight Wednesday November 19th at which point nominations will be considered officially closed. The current list of nominees follows.

Voting:
Current (paid) members may vote in one of two ways: 1) in person at the December 10th meeting, or 2) by email. If you cannot make the December meeting, you can submit your ballot to the same email address listed above after the close of nominations. All email ballots must be received by 5pm on Tuesday December 9th.
